1. Digital Delivery Only
Leads Monkey Ltd provides 100% digital services. We do not sell, ship, or distribute any physical goods. Nothing described in this Policy involves packaging, freight, couriers, or a delivery address — all deliverables are provided electronically over the internet.
2. Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 Mailbox Delivery
New mailbox setup: Once payment is confirmed, new mailboxes are typically provisioned and delivered within 4–5 working hours during our standard business hours. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or during high-volume periods may take longer, typically up to 12–15 hours.
Migration of existing mailboxes: Migrating mailboxes from an existing provider takes longer than a new setup and depends on the number of mailboxes and the complexity of the migration (volume of existing mail/data, source provider, DNS propagation, etc.). Your specific migration timeline will be confirmed with you directly at the time of order.
How credentials are delivered: Mailbox credentials, DNS/setup confirmation, and onboarding instructions are sent directly to you via email and/or WhatsApp. There is no physical delivery step of any kind.
3. Lead Generation and SEO Services
These are ongoing digital services, not one-time shipped products. Deliverables (campaign setup, prospect lists, reports, SEO content, and results) are delivered electronically via email and client communications, on the schedule agreed with you at the start of your engagement.
4. Delays
While we aim to meet the timelines above, delivery may occasionally be delayed by factors outside our control, including Google’s or Microsoft’s own provisioning systems, DNS propagation by your domain registrar, or incomplete information provided at the time of order. We will notify you if your order is expected to take longer than the standard timeframes above.
